"I have to write a critique on research, but I have only taken an Intro to Psychology class and have never written a critique before. Can you please give me some info on how to write a good critique?"
Most psychology students will need to write a critique paper at some point. Students may be asked to critique a journal article, essay, book, body of research, or psychological theory. This type of paper can be particularly challenging, especially if you've never written a critique piece before. It helps to spend some time carefully reading through the source that you are going to critique, carefully making note of any questions, concerns, or problems that you might have as you analyze the material.
