If I asked you to describe your personality, how would you do it? Chances are strong that you would list a number of different characteristics, such as responsible, organized, calm, shy and so on. Essentially, you would provide a list of traits that compose your overall personality.

According to trait theory, personality is made up of a number of broad characteristics. Theories proposed by various researchers have attempted to define these traits. Raymond Cattell suggested that there are 16 personality factors, while Hans Eysenck suggested that there are just three.

Over the past 50 years, personality psychologists have established a significant body of empirical evidence that supports a five-factor model of personality. This model proposes that most personality traits can be described by five broad categories, often referred to as the "Big Five." You can learn more in this article on the five dimensions of personality.

There is no need to classify human, different people facing different people with different behaviour.Besides, behaviour can be affect by everything. If we classified , it will only make us more difficult to research and understand the true human?
