"I'm always dreaming that I am crossing the river or in the lake. At first, it's a normal amount of water; then when I approach to cross, it's overflowing already. I do not know what to do. When I start to cross, it returns to just the normal amount of water. I'm always dreaming the same thing. Different situation, but with water. What does it mean?"

Well, since the water is calm enough for you to want to cross it, I would say this is a good thing. Maybe the water represents something you want to achieve, but when you start to cross the lake, it becomes a little too much for you to handle.
Since you have the same dilemma but in different situations, I would guess that this obstacle is a big part of your life. Is there something in life that you really want or need, but can?t seem to get?

Water actully means change the amout of water the mount of change did a change start off small and then grow bigger think of the things that happend to you and place them to your dream.
