Rubin's Scales of Liking and Loving

Social psychologist Zick Rubin proposed that romantic love is composed of three elements: attachment, caring, and intimacy. Based upon this view, Rubin devised two scales to measure these variables. Rubin's scales reflect whether an individual experiences feelings of liking or loving towards another individual.
